Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can try and re-let the villa. We recommend that all those planning to travel secure insurance that will provide cover for unexpected cancellations.
If you need to cancel within six weeks of your travel dates, we will seek to re-let the villa. If we are not able to re-let the villa for the same period the following cancellation charges apply:
6 weeks prior to intended arrival at the villa - loss of deposit
4-6 weeks prior to intended arrival at the villa - 25% of rental
2-4 weeks prior to intended arrival at the villa - 50% of rental
Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival at the villa - 100% of rental
